We hope you love your little one's new outfit! If you need to return an item or have ordered the wrong size, we're here to help.

1. Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email habeebhabeps3@gmail.com within this period and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to send your item back.

You may inspect and try on the costume as you would in a shop. We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it has reduced its value.

2. How to return an item

Email habeebhabeps3@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
We will provide instructions and our designated UK returns address.
Send your item to the provided address within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

3. Wrong size and exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us.

You can return your original order under your applicable cancellation rights and place a new order in your preferred size.

Where possible, we may offer an exchange, subject to availability.

4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful but are not mandatory.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers generally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a refund. Further statutory remedies may apply after this period.

We will cover reasonable return costs where legally required. In some cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the item.

5. Refunds

For statutory cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and any applicable standard delivery charges.

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

6. Sale items

Discounted items are covered by the same statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights as full-price products.
